HRS Korea Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Asset Management Company, Emerson AMC

Singapore – A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems (HRS) and Emerson AMC on 31 March 2021 in South Korea. The MOU will foster and deepen partner relations between both organizations.

HRS is an international company with an unrivaled reputation for service and is a leading supplier of IT solutions for the hospitality and retail sectors. Emerson AMC, an asset management company, specializes in real estate development, including hotels, resorts, residential living as well as educational dormitory facilities.

The MOU exclusively appoints HRS Korea as the sole and exclusive IT partner for Emerson AMC. HRS Korea will provide OPERA PMS, Simphony software and hardware services, and HRS in-house products such as TNG spa and loyalty management and HRS Payment Gateway, for all hotel properties managed and owned by Emerson AMC.
